Eric is a Venture Partner at Elizabeth Street Ventures and founder and principal at Brinker 13 which specializes in building travel, retail and hospitality brands. He is also co-founder of LABEL, a New York City and Miami based experiential studio.
With more than 20 years of diverse business experience, Eric most recently led innovative and award-winning marketing campaigns focused on improving the guest experience in 300+ airport dining and retail locations as Partner and Vice President of Marketing and Communications for OTG.
Prior to OTG, Eric was a member of JetBlue Airways’ original marketing team where he oversaw customer experience, product development and brand management. In over 14 years at JetBlue, his collaborative efforts resulted in a number of airline firsts including live in-seat TV, the development of onboard partnerships with Dunkin’ Donuts, Terra Blues chips and the creation of an industry standard Customer Bill of Rights.
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bradley University and currently resides in New York City. Eric serves in honor of his late aunt Susan G. Komen as a Board Member of the Promise Fund of Florida, where he works to fund and spotlight programs to eradicate breast cancer.
