Eric is a Venture Partner at Elizabeth Street Ventures and the co-founder of LABEL, a New York City and Miami based experiential studio specializing in travel, retail and hospitality brands.
With more than 20 years of diverse business experience, Eric most recently led innovative and award-winning marketing campaigns focused on improving the guest experience in 300+ airport dining and retail locations as Partner and Vice President of Marketing and Communications for OTG.
Prior to OTG, Eric was a member of JetBlue Airways’ original marketing team where he oversaw customer experience, product development and brand management. In over 14 years at JetBlue, his collaborative efforts resulted in a number of airline firsts including live in-seat TV, the development of onboard partnerships with Dunkin’ Donuts, Terra Blues chips and the creation of an industry standard Customer Bill of Rights.
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bradley University and currently resides in New York City. Eric serves as a Board Member for Susan G. Komen’s Greater New York City affiliate, where he works to fund and spotlight programs to eradicate breast cancer.
